Visiting Us

Visits to our facility are strictly by appointment only. Appointment scheduling requires a lead time of 4 to 8 weeks. For further details or to book your visit, kindly reach out to us via email.

Contracts

We advise our buyers to thoroughly review each contract before signing. Signed contracts take effect immediately, and any amendments made afterward will be deemed invalid.

Proforma Invoice

Proforma invoices are issued only after mutual agreement between the buyer and seller. Once issued, payment must be completed within 7 working days.

Delivery

All shipments are processed and dispatched from Thailand. Shipping documentation will be scanned and emailed to buyers upon the departure of the shipment, while original documents will be sent via DHL or FedEx Express.

Payment Terms

  • Payments for all goods must be made via international wire transfer to one of our designated bank accounts in Thailand. Shipments will only be processed after payment is received as per the signed invoice.
  • To avoid any confusion post-payment, please contact us via phone or email.
  • Payments are strictly accepted as T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) or partial Letters of Credit (L/C), we do not accept Bank Guarantees.
  • Buyers are required to send a scanned proof of payment from their bank to facilitate the immediate release and shipment of their order.
  • All bank transfer fees, shipping costs, and insurance are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • Shipment bookings will not be confirmed until payment has been received in full.

Refunds

In the event of a cancellation or dispute after payment, refunds will typically be processed within 2 to 3 weeks. Refund amounts may vary, with some transactions eligible for a full refund depending on the nature of the trade.

Documentation

We reserve the right to withhold certain documents that may contain sensitive supplier information as part of our policy to protect our suppliers’ confidentiality.

Our Rights

We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion, including but not limited to minimum order quantities or delivery conflicts at specific ports.
